Grimsby Medical Associates is committed to protecting and maintaining your privacy. Access to your
personal health information is available only to those directly involved in your healthcare or to whom you
have given consent. (Information will be disclosed to third parties only with your express consent or when
necessary for legal reasons).
We do participate in the training of some medical and nursing students. These students also have access
to your medical information under supervision.
All patient information is protected in electronic health records. Grimsby Medical Associates operates
under the principles mandated by the Information and Privacy Commissioner, Ontario Canada.
