OHIP Doesn’t Cover It All
Did you know that OHIP does not pay for all the services that may be provided by a physician or practitioner?
Below is a list of services that are NOT covered by OHIP or WSIB and are the patient’s responsibility to pay. These fees are consistent with other group practices and are either less than or equal to the rates published by the Ontario Medical Association.
Payment can be made by either cash, Visa, MasterCard or Debit upon arrival at the clinic. If you have any forms that you need your physician to fill out, pleases make sure that all areas that pertain to you are filled out before handing them in.
